Hi, I’m Janet, and I’m glad you are here.

If you have ever been worn down by loud promises of instant success that only lead to pricey programs helping the seller more than the student, you’re not alone. Maybe you are stretched thin financially, carrying a lot of responsibility, or living somewhere where opportunities feel limited. I get that. I have walked that path myself.

Simple Creative Projects grew out of my own journey of building an online business without big budgets or endless overwhelm. Everything I share comes from what I have actually tested in real life using free or affordable tools, learning step by step, and keeping things simple enough to sustain, even on hard days.

I also know what it feels like to navigate all of this while living with chronic health challenges and being neurodivergent. I don’t work the way most people do, and that’s shaped my approach: gentle, flexible, realistic.

What matters most to me is this: my heart has always gone out to people who are poor, sick, or pushed to the margins. Poverty isn’t just about money. It can be spiritual, emotional, or anything that keeps someone from living the full life God intends. Jesus Himself came for the broken and the overlooked. He said that He came to proclaim good news to the poor, freedom for the captives, and recovery of sight for the blind (Luke 4:18). As a Christian, being a disciple and servant of Jesus Christ, I feel the same in my heart.

I have heard many business experts say not to focus on people who don’t have money because they won’t make you wealthy. That mindset has never sat right with me. I can’t build something only for profit. God and people matter more to me. My online business is also a ministry, and that means serving those who often get ignored.

Most money-making programs are built for people who already have financial stability or who live in countries with plenty of resources. But what about people in low-income or developing nations? What about those who simply can’t afford expensive courses? Are they supposed to be left out? I believe there’s a gap here, and I want to help close it. I want to offer tools, guidance, and encouragement that are actually accessible to people who need real support, not another burden.
